This Request for Proposal aims to secure the services of a qualified contractor to install a video 
surveillance system, cameras, a central monitoring and recording system, and related 
equipment at our Limestone Courts and Granard Courts properties, which are owned by the 
Housing Authority of the City of Gaffney, referred to as the Gaffney Housing Authority (GHA),
located in the City of Gaffney, South Carolina.
