Cold Weather Safety Reminder

GHA is monitoring inclement weather conditions. Residents are reminded to take the following steps to protect their homes:

  • Drip faucets to prevent frozen pipes
  • Do NOT turn off your heat
  • Open sink cabinets to allow warm air to reach plumbing

All Gaffney Housing Authority residents should call the regular central office number at 864.489.3193 for emergency maintenance needed after regular business hours. 

Only emergency maintenance will be done after hours.
