NOTICE TO

LIMESTONE COURTS RESIDENTS

Water & Sewer Utility Upgrade Project

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the Water & Sewer Utility Upgrade Project at Limestone Courts Apartments is scheduled to begin in the last week of August 2026 and is expected to continue through March 2027.

During construction, there will be scheduled water outages between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on workdays as crews complete the necessary upgrades to the community's water and sewer infrastructure.

To help minimize any inconvenience, we ask you:

Store enough water in advance for drinking, cooking, flushing toilets, and other household needs during the scheduled outage periods.
Plan your daily activities around the temporary water interruptions.
Use the portable toilets (porta-potties) that will be available on-site whenever water service is unavailable.
We understand these temporary inconveniences may be challenging, but these improvements are necessary to provide safer, more reliable utility services for our community.

If you have any questions or need additional information or if anyone is interested in a Section 3 Opportunity to work on this project, please contact the Main Office at (864) 489-3193.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work to improve our community.
